Unruly – Fill in the Black and White Grids – Puzzle Game
Unruly
You are given a grid of squares, which you must colour either black or white. Some squares are provided as clues; the rest are left for you to fill in. Each row and column must contain the same number of black and white squares, and no row or column may contain three consecutive squares of the same colour.
Game Types:
- 8×8 – Easy
- 8×8 – Normal
- 10×10 – Easy
- 10×10 – Normal
- 14×14 – Easy
- 14×14 – Normal
- Custom mode – set the width and height, choose whether or not to have unique rows and columns, and also set the difficulty level; either easy or normal
Below is a short tutorial showing you how to download and compile the latest source code for this game, and the other 38 games in the puzzle collection. The tutorial takes place in Linux, using the Ubuntu 17.10 distribution, but the procedure will be the same, or very similar, for other Linux distributions.
